PACT meetings
Partnerships and Communities Together (PACT) meetings address crime reduction and community safety issues. Meetings are intended to give people an opportunity to highlight the community issues that are having an impact on their quality of life and to assist in deciding which issues are dealt with as priorities. Meetings are held every 6 weeks or so and are attended by police, ward councillors etc. For details of future meetings, minutes of previous meetings and general PACT info click here Neighbourhood Watch Ideally we need one resident per street or 20 houses, to disseminate information when required by email or to leaflet those not on the internet. Benefits of neighbourhood watch areas include reduced crime, lower home insurance and safer communities. If you are interested in being part of a neighbourhood watch scheme, please contact us. Remember, you can report incidents to 101, or if urgent dial 999 |
